The organization is focused on building next-generation cognitive robots designed to assist with complex, repetitive, and high-precision tasks.We are seeking a Motion & Control Robotics Engineer to join a specialized motion team responsible for developing algorithms that enable robots to move, interact, and manipulate objects with precision and reliability.Role OverviewIn this role, you will design and implement motion planning and control systems for humanoid robotics platforms.

You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary R&D; teams to integrate motion software with perception systems, cognitive modules, and hardware actuators.This position is ideal for engineers passionate about robotics, control systems, and applying advanced algorithms to real-world robotic platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and optimize motion planning and control algorithms for locomotion and manipulationIntegrate motion software with perception pipelines, cognitive systems,



and hardwareDevelop solutions for dexterous manipulation and coordinated robot movementApply advanced techniques such as reinforcement learning and trajectory optimizationConduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting in simulation and on physical robotsEvaluate new research, tools, and technologies to improve performance and reliabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams across robotics, AI, and hardware engineeringRequired QualificationsMasters degree in Robotics, Automation, Computer Engineering, or a related fieldExperience with Python (C++ or additional languages is a plus)Strong experience with xysqume ROS2Background in robot motion planning and control systemsExperience using Git or similar version control systemsStrong object-oriented programming skillsProfessional working proficiency in EnglishPreferred QualificationsExperience with TensorFlow or PyTorchFamiliarity with NVIDIA Isaac Sim or similar simulation toolsExperience working on humanoid robotics or advanced robotic manipulationWhy ApplyWork on cutting-edge humanoid robotics technologyCollaborate with a highly specialized R&D; teamOpportunity to contribute to real-world robotics systems impacting industry and healthcare
