In this role, you will manage and expand strategic relationships with key clients, drive sales performance, and strengthen our brand presence. You will play a central role in building lasting partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing directly to the company's growth. /ppThe position is available in our Conegliano office. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliManage and expand the key client portfolio in the HoReCa sector. /liliDefine and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives. /liliNegotiate contracts, commercial terms, and framework agreements. /liliIdentify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. /liliMonitor sales KPIs, client performance, and market trends. /liliCollaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional activities tailored to the HoReCa product portfolio. /liliSupport the Area Manager network and coordinate with internal functions (logistics, product, data, pricing, etc). /liliEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention. /li /ulh3Qualifications: /h3ulliBachelor's degree in economics, Marketing, or a related field. /lili3-6 years of experience in commercial roles,



ideally as a Key Account Manager or Area Manager in the HoReCa or FMCG sectors. /liliStrong knowledge of the HoReCa market and major operators. /liliExcellent negotiation, relationship management, and client-handling skills. /liliResults-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. /liliCollaborative team player with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively across functions. /liliProficiency in Excel and experience with sales analysis and reporting tools. /liliFluent in English and Italian. /liliAvailability to travel and attend industry trade fairs. /li /ulh3Compensation Benefits /h3ulliGross annual base salary: €40.000 - €45.000 depending on experience. /liliIndividual performance premio: up to €8.000 annually. /li /ulpIf you decide to join us, you will find an informal and positive atmosphere within a dynamic, international environment.
