You will work with the Component Delivery Manager team to optimize time and resources, anticipate potential scheduling issues, and develop recovery plans. You will bebfully onsite /b. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liPerformbmedium‑and‑long‑term planning /bfor one or multiple manufacturing projects, developing and maintaining thebProject Master Schedule /bbased on fabrication sequences provided by Manufacturing Engineers /li liAssign lead times and required production resources to each operation, ensuring alignment with customer milestones and delivery commitments /li liIdentify and monitor thebproject critical path /b,
supporting the Component Delivery Manager team in meeting project objectives /li liControl and expedite project execution, tracking production progress and identifying deviations from plan /li liDefine, implement, and follow up onbrecovery plans /bwhen project progress is not aligned with objectives, minimizing disruptions and delays /li liPrepare and issuebplanning and reporting outputs /b, including manufacturing schedules, workload analysis, progress tracking, and variance reporting /li liIdentify critical situations such asbresource overloads or bottlenecks /band propose appropriate mitigation or recovery actions /li liSupport timely decision‑making for manufacturing activities to ensure continuity of operations /li liComply with company policies and procedures related tobsafety, quality, risk, and security /bapplicable to the role /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul libBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering preferred /b(Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in Ingegneria preferred) /li lib1 to 2 years of experience /bin manufacturing or production planning roles (Junior level) /li liExperience as abManufacturing / Production Planner /bin an industrial environment /li liWorking knowledge ofbERP systems /b /li liAdvanced proficiency withbMS Office tools /b(especiallybExcel /b, Project, Word) andbPrimavera /bor other planning/scheduling software /li liExperience working inbteam environment /b,
