The role supports qualification planning and execution, test board definition and debug, data analysis, failure investigation, and final reliability reporting in compliance with ST procedures and customer requirements. /p h3Tasks / Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDefine and manage product reliability qualification plans. /li liCollaborate with design, application, and product engineering teams on test board definition and debug. /li liCoordinate and monitor reliability tests, including internal and external activities. /li liAnalyze qualification data, drift trends, and test results. /li liSupport failure analysis and root cause investigations. /li liPrepare reliability reports and qualification status updates. /li liSupport burn-in activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
/li liContribute to automotive quality and reliability compliance. /li /ul h3Work Experience /h3 h3Skills Required: /h3 ul liGraduate in Electronics or Materials /li liExperience: Minimum 2-3 years in semiconductors /li liDegree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent. /li liKnowledge of electronic component reliability and qualification testing. /li liGood analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liAbility to work in a matrix organization and interact with cross-functional teams. /li liTeam and services-oriented spirit /li /ul h3Preferred Experience /h3 ul liExperience in automotive quality and reliability. /li liFamiliarity with reliability tests such as HTOL, HTRB, THB, ELFR, PTC, and Short Circuit. /li liKnowledge of reliability tracking and analysis tools is a plus. /li /ul h3How we work: culture at Quest Global /h3 pWe are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day.
