The future of cybersecurity starts with you. /p h3About The Role: /h3 pCrowdStrike is looking for highly motivated, self-driven, technical consultants dedicated to making a difference in global security by protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world. Our CrowdStrike Services team offers opportunities to expand your skill set through a wide variety of engagements including front page incident response investigations for organizations you’ll find on the annual Fortune 100 list. /p h3Additional Locations: /h3 pThis is a Remote position open to candidates in France, the UK, Ireland, Spain or Italy /p h3What You’ll Do: /h3 ul liServe as technical lead on incident response engagements /li liDevelop and use new methods to hunt for bad actors across large sets of data. /li liWork under the direction of outside counsel to conduct intrusion investigations /li liPerform host and/or network-based forensics across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms. /li liProduce high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings to key stakeholders including customer management, regulators, and legal counsel. /li liDemonstrate industry thought leadership through blog posts, CrowdCasts, and other public speaking events. /li /ul h3What You’ll Need: /h3 ul liFluency in English and French /li liSuccessful candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas: /li liSuccessful candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas: /li liIncident Response: experience conducting or managing incident response investigations for organizations,



investigating targeted threats such as the Advanced Persistent Threat, Organized Crime, and Hacktivists. /li liComputer Forensic Analysis: a background using a variety of forensic analysis tools in incident response investigations to determine the extent and scope of compromise. /li liNetwork Forensic Analysis: strong knowledge of network protocols, network analysis tools like Bro/Zeek or Suricata, and ability to perform analysis of associated network logs. /li liReverse Engineering: ability to understand the capabilities of static and dynamic malware analysis. /li liIncident Remediation: strong understanding of targeted attacks and able to create customized tactical and strategic remediation plans for compromised organizations. /li liNetwork Operations and Architecture/Engineering: strong understanding of secure network architecture and strong background in performing network operations. /li liCloud Incident Response: knowledge in AWS, Azure, or GCP incident response methodologies. /li liCommunications: strong ability to communicate executive and/or detailed level findings to clients; ability to effectively communicate tasks, guidance, and methodology with internal teams /li liCapable of completing technical tasks without supervision. /li liDesire to grow and expand both technical and soft skills. /li liStrong project management skills. /li liContributing thought leader within the incident response industry. /li liAbility to foster a positive work environment and attitude. /li liProven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes. /li /ul h3Bonus Points: /h3 ul liGIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) /li liGIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA) or GCFE /li liCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) /li liCertified Ethical Hacker (CEH) /li liOSCP / OSCE (Offensive Security certifications for more offensive/technical IR work) /li liCloud incident response (AWS, Azure, GCP) /li /ul h3Education: /h3 pBA or BS / MA or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security, Information Assurance, Information Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Policy, or a related field. Placement within the stated pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The pay range for this position for all candidates based in Italy is fixed salary of €61,000 - €94,600 per year base pay. This role is also eligible for additional premio/commission pay.
