You will lead comprehensive audit programs, verify maintenance and service evidence, and drive improvements through risk-based prioritization.
You collaborate with CAP, EHS, and local teams to sustain performance and reduce outage recovery time.

Act as the primary 3PDCOPs representative for CAP audits and coordinate with local managers on site resilience
Develop audit plans and verify provider evidence (maintenance logs) to ensure proper servicing of critical infrastructure




Collaborate with CAP to address deficiencies, prioritizing issues with risk-based tools and setting remediation deadlines
Track drill outcomes and ORD/iORD to document improvements and ensure resilience exercises meet standards
Deliver reports and dashboards to communicate audit trends, site performance, and overall EMEA compliance posture to leadership
9 years of experience in technical compliance, facility management, or operations for data xysqume centers and mission-critical facilities
Experience with critical data center infrastructure (power, cooling, safety protocols)
Experience leading internal and external compliance audits for technical facilities
Ability to travel up to 50% across the EMEA region for site visits and audits
