For the strengthening of its local structure, it has asked us to search for the following professional figure: /ph3HEAD OF FINANCE – LEASING SECTOR /h3pThis role will lead the function, acting as a key colleague across businesses and functions, as well as a strategic management partner within the organization, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and managing a team of 5/10.
/ph3Main Responsabilities: /h3ulliCoordinate and prepare the commercial and financial reports for the Management, the HQ Finance Division, the Board of Directors and Bank of Italy.
/liliMonitor and organize the accounting control and certify the accounting quality and the compliance to tax rules.
/liliMonitor and manage treasury, cash flow and asset-liability management (ALM).
/liliCoordinate the Budget and Forecast processes.
/liliRespond to the regulator, the tax authority, the external auditors, or the internal level controls in a timely manner.
/liliMonitor the scarce resources such as funding, RWA consumption, Large Exposure management and the Cost Income Ratio.




/liliSupervise and coordinate the department activities (Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, Controlling Budgeting, Treasury) to guarantee the quality of reports, the compliance with the Group and regulatory requirements.
/liliPlay a crucial role in the management team and create a collaborative working environment, promoting open communication and teamwork across all departments.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliMaster's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
/lili10+ years in Finance / Controlling within leasing / banking / financial services or regulated banking environments.
/liliExcellent knowledge of IAS / IFRS principles.
/liliIn-depth knowledge of Italian tax, accounting and Bank of Italy reporting regulations, including Centrale Rischi.
/liliExcellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access) /liliFluent Italian and professional English is a must.
