/p h3Your Role and Impact /h3 pAs Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving store performance by supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations and execution of retail standards.
You will help create a high-performing, consumer-focused environment by leading the team on the shop floor, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium adidas experience.

/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, replenishment, inventory, and compliance /li liLead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a premium consumer experience and strong service culture /li liMotivate, coach,



and develop team members to achieve store targets and grow their capabilities /li liDrive execution of store processes and standards to ensure smooth and efficient operations /li liSupport recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires /li liMonitor and analyze store KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitability /li liEnsure Visual Merchandising standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines /li liHandle challenging interpersonal situations professionally and support a positive team environment /li liTake ownership of specific store responsibilities and lead initiatives in line with business needs /li liStep in for the Store Manager when required /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For In You /h3 ul liMinimum 18 months of experience in a retail environment (sports/fashion preferred), including supervisory responsibility or experience as Assistant Store Manager /li liStrong team leadership and coaching skills /li liSolid understanding of retail operations and store processes /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive performance /li liGood knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /li liGood knowledge of MS Office /li liFluent in English and Italian /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liSalary starting from €32k /li liVariable premio /li liWelfare and corporate benefits program /li liEmployee Assistance Program and accident insurance /li liLearning and development opportunities /li /ul pNot the right job for you?
