As a Workday Success Plans Consultant, you act as a trusted advisor delivering targeted consulting to optimize customers' Workday usage. You guide configuration, demonstrate value, and help accelerate feature adoption through one-on-one coaching and micro engagements. You’ll work with a cross-functional team to ensure customers realize business value from Workday investments. This role offers hands-on learning, exposure to industry best practices, and opportunities to influence customer success programs at scale. - Research customer questions to understand Workday concepts
- Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations
- Troubleshoot product configuration to meet business requirements
- Communicate responses and value clearly to customers
- Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
- Provide one‑on‑one guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
- Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)




- Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s) and stay current with the Workday roadmap
- Engage with customers on industry practices and contribute to new programs for adoption
- Offer Office Hours and conduct configuration/requirements reviews with actionable opportunities
- Design and deliver one‑on‑one customer configuration designs and deployments of Workday features
- 3+ years building and maintaining Prism Analytics
- 3+ years building and maintaining Workday HCM/Financial Reporting & Analytics
- 5+ years HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing for enterprise software
- 3+ years IT implementation experience
- 3+ years software consulting experience
- Workday Certification or ability to certify in Prism Analytics and at least one of: Workday HCM, Workday Financial, Workday Reporting
- Ability to grasp Workday concepts as new features are released
- Ability to distill complex concepts into clear customer presentations
- Multitasking across engagements and deliverables
- Strong analytical thinking to address technical process issues
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Premio: Fluency in French, Spanish, Italian, or German
