Arduino is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a group of related projects and ensure they are aligned with organizational goals, delivering business value through coordinated execution. In this role, you’ll contribute to the definition of program objectives, scope, and roadmap ensuring prioritization in alignment with business goals. You will develop program plans, milestones, and success metrics, ensuring alignment across projects and long‑term strategy.
This position must be based at our operational headquarters in Turin.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Ensure alignment and prioritization with objectives, scope, product roadmap and business goals
Ensure alignment across projects and long‑term strategy
Coordinate cross‑functional teams’ activities supporting the product development programs
Manage interdependencies within and between projects
Resource & Operations Management
Coordinate logistics and execution activities, including prototypes allocation and delivery
Risk & Stakeholder Management
Maintain strong relationships across teams and leadership
A data‑driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions from metrics
Experience working in agile, cross‑functional teams with a structured and pragmatic approach
Excellent communication skills—with the ability to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders and foster consensus also within distributed and cross‑functional teams
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a strong plus
Premio Points
Working knowledge of electronics development lifecycle (PCB design, prototyping, validation, manufacturing)
Familiarity with embedded systems / firmware constraints (real‑time, memory, power)
Understanding of cloud architectures (APIs, microservices, IoT platforms)
Experience managing programs from concept, EVT/DVT/PVT, mass production, to EOL
Ability to coordinate simultaneous HW, FW, SW and cloud releases
