The selected professor will carry out teaching and research activities consistent with his/her academic-discipline field and in harmony with the main research lines of the University,
its Research Centers, and the Schools, related to Comparative Public Law.
He/she should be able to conduct lectures in Italian and in English on Comparative Public Law topics.
Teaching activities, supplementary teaching activities, and student support services shall amount to 350 hours per year, including 120 hours per year dedicated to classroom teaching in the case of a full-time commitment regime, or 250 hours per year, including 90 hours per year dedicated to classroom teaching in the case of a defined-time (part-time) commitment regime.
The candidate will be expected to promote research projects both nationally and internationally. xysqume
In particular, the specific functions will have to cover the following topics:key features and transformations of the parliamentary form of government;theoretical aspects of constitutional democracy in the Member States of the European Union;problematic trends of the rule of law;budgetary and fiscal procedures in federal systems;the role of independent institutions in economic governance.
