Our core values begin at the very top and span the broad reach of our global community /p p.We offer dynamic careers for those individuals looking to be a part of something bigger and provide unequivocal opportunities for growth within the organization. /p pPSA BDP serves over 5,000 customers, including some of the world's leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail consumer, life sciences pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle industrial verticals. /p pThe Project Cargo and Heavy Lift Manager supports the commercial development, bidding, procurement, planning, coordination, and execution of project cargo and heavy lift movements, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery in line with customer and company requirements. /p ul liProvides the organization of the work to be carried out on Project cargo loading. /li liCoordinate daily operations for project cargo and heavy lift shipments (land, sea, or air). /li liPrepare and review transportation plans, route surveys, lifting studies, and method statements. /li liWork closely with vendors and subcontractors for equipment availability, pricing, and scheduling. /li liMonitor cargo movements, resolve on-ground challenges, and keep clients updated. /li liEnsure full compliance with safety, legal,
and operational standards. /li liMaintain documentation including shipping documents, reports, and permits. /li liAssist in budgeting, costing, and final job closure. /li liSupport management with reports and updates. /li liAdhere to Safety, Health, and Quality standards of the company. /li liAwareness of the Business Continuity Plan in place. /li liContributes to business development initiatives and participates in customer meetings independently or in collaboration with Sales or Management. /li liAttending the RFQ’s, rate requests from customers overseas offices. /li liProcuring prices from vendors for the RFQ’s and rate requests. /li liOffering quotations for the RFQ’s and rate requests. /li liSupport in preparation of transportation plans, route surveys, lifting studies, and method statements. /li liWork closely with vendors and subcontractors for equipment availability and scheduling. /li liCoordinating with customers and updating daily operations for project cargo and heavy lift shipments(land, sea, or air). /li liMonitor cargo movements, resolve on-ground challenges, and keep clients updated. /li liSupport customers with reports and updates. /li liAssisting in customer invoicing, cost booking, and final job closure. /li libJob Requirements: /b /li liDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. /li liMinimum 8 years working experience with minimum of 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding industry /li li1–3 years’ experience in project logistics or related heavy transport operations /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
