Job description

Permanent Staffing, a division of Staff S.P.A., is looking for an ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER for a well-known leading commercial restaurant chain, for a FAST FOOD restaurant in OLBIA. The selected candidate will support the Store Manager in the operational management of the point of sale and in coordinating the team during shifts. What you will be doing:

- Coordinate the team during the shift, organizing activities among the different stations and ensuring continuity, rhythm, and quality of service;
- Work on the front line with the team, operationally supporting activities in the dining area, kitchen, cash register, and bar;
- Manage workflows and service peaks, intervening in real-time to ensure speed and efficiency;
- Contribute to the operational management of the point of sale (shift planning, orders, product and stock management);

The profile we are looking for:

- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Leader, or a role of responsibility in catering (preferably commercial / fast food / QSR);
- Ability to coordinate a team and work towards objectives in dynamic and fast-paced environments; willingness to work shifts,



including Sundays and holidays, with flexible hours.

- TEMPO PARZIALE 30 HOURS PER WEEK employment contract, initially for six months on a fixed-term basis, aimed at permanent employment;
