Description The Staff Accountant is responsible for performing critical accounting functions in support of assigned business units.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Functions

- - Performing critical accounting functions:
- - Accounts payable review

- Accounts receivable review

- Bank account reconciliations

- General ledger entries

- General ledger reconciliations

- Generating and analyzing financial reports

- Budget and forecast preparation and review

- Supporting operations in accounting related matters:

- - Providing financial reporting

- Reviewing invoices

Job Qualifications

Education/Certifications

- - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.

Skills and Qualifications





- - Financial Statement preparation and general ledger reconciliation

- Budgeting/forecasting

- Strong organization skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong user abilities in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to learn and work with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software

- Ability to follow work instructions and procedures

- Excellent math skills

- Problem solving ability
