**Job description**
Safilo is looking for an **Ecommerce store Specialist **to be included in the Digital Transformation & Customer Experience department. S/he will support the BTB Team in the maintenance and evolution of the ecommerce BTB store. Moreover S/he will manage data using the best digital tools such as Salesforce Cloud Craze and Google Analytics.
- Key responsibilities:_ S/he will be involved in the following tasks of the ecommerce BTB management process: - Manage the products catalogue
- Update the Home page, in supportive and proactive way
- Consistently analysis and check of customers purchase funnel
- Support the promotion campaigns set up, launch and analysis
- Work closely with the ecommerce and customer care Emea teams to be supported by the best practices for each countries
- Daily monitoring of planned activities
- Monitoring and check of reached results (redemption/ conversion) **DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**: - Strong digital approach

- Good knowledge of written and spoken English;
