**The Role** **Business Analyst International** Main Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed business analysis by gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables;
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and test plans;
- Lead User Acceptance Test and regression test with the product/system owner and relative Subject Matter Expert;
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather information and provide updates;
- Collaborate with software developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications;
- Analyse current business processes and propose improvements to optimize efficiency;
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to build stakeholders’ confidence;
- Support the Project Manager in all project activities;




- Strong client service orientation and ability to respond to all communications effectively and in a timely manner
- Proven ability to identify issues and drive the escalation management **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 2 years in the role
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices
- Proficient in data analysis and modelling techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to stakeholders
- Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
