We’re hiring: Marketing & Communications Manager
Taléo is growing, and we are looking for someone to join us and help shape the way we communicate our brand, our products and our vision.
We operate at the intersection of technology, connectivity and design, developing advanced solutions across the marine, mobile and terrestrial sectors — from yachting and commercial applications to governmental, defence and mission-critical environments.
We work with leading shipyards, international partners, institutions and some of the most innovative players in our industries.
We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager who can work closely with our management, sales and product teams and take ownership of our marketing and communication activities.
The role will include:
Brand communication and brand identity
Social media and content strategy
Digital campaigns
Newsletters and email marketing
Website content management
CRM and lead generation activities
Marketing materials and presentations
PR and communication with partners, shipyards, institutions and stakeholders
Organisation and coordination of events, boat shows, exhibitions and industry events
Photoshoots, video productions and content creation
Marketing support to the commercial team
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, curious, organised and creative, but also comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment where things happen quickly and where you can genuinely contribute to building the brand.
Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
Much of our business, communication and network is international.
The position is connected to our team in Palermo, Sicily.
If you are already based here, great. If not, we would be particularly happy to meet someone who might be excited by the idea of relocating to Palermo and building this journey with us from Sicily.
