Milan Creative Junior **Logistics and Samples Assistant (f/m/d)**:
To support our Styling team we are searching for a Logistics and Samples Assistant (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office. **WHAT YOU WILL DO**: - Assist and support the Logistics and Samples Coordinator with any task needed including unpacking, organization and repacking of samples
- Ensure and advocate that all product as well as samples are handled with care
- Ensure all internal and external orders arrive according to order’s list
- Ensure the data regarding all the orders and goods within the photo studio is organized and updated at all times
- Ensure all skus are shot according to the briefed new arrivals list
- Understand and be a source of knowledge regarding the logistic processes and its connection with the photo production cycle
- Maintain communication with the other logistic centers to ensure organization and alignment at all times
- Assist the logistics team throughout all stages of the logistic cycle including the inventory. If need act as logistics assistant **WHO YOU ARE**: - Experience working within the logistics area, experience working in retail is a plus
- Proactive with creative mindset
- Resilient with the ability to work in a team
- Extremely organized and reliable, able to work with and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment




- English skill is mandatory, both verbal and written
