- Preparing starters and main dishes
- Baking, Frying, Roasting, and wok dishes
- Monitoring and controlling quality, doneness, taste, colour, fluidity.
- Marinating meats, fish and poultry
- When a Cook is not present you are prepared to take over his duties.
- Good knowledge of oriental ingredients and their use.
- Cleaning your own environment, kitchen equipment’s,



and machines and you help to clean the entire kitchen.
