**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Ensure exceptional customer interaction and provide a top-tier guest experience.
- Lead, guide, and manage front-of-house (FOH) staff, including scheduling, training, and development.
- Maintain food and beverage quality and safety standards.
- Oversee smooth operations of each shift and handle any unexpected challenges or emergencies.
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and regular staff meetings, including one-on-one sessions.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant and its equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations and a high standard of service.
- Remain active throughout the entire shift, engaging with guests, kitchen, and bar, and “table touching” all areas.
- Focus on managing labor costs, controllable costs, and increasing revenue.
- Work with the management team to develop and implement new promotions, daily programs, and marketing initiatives to drive business growth. **QUALIFICATIONS**: - Minimum annual sales volume experience of $4 million or more.




- At least 2 to 5 years of experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant.
- A proven track record of success in previous positions with demonstrated career growth.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Solid financial acumen with experience managing P&L; and inventory.
- Dependable, reliable, and motivated, with an outgoing personality and the ability to foster relationships and develop a cohesive team.
- Able to work 10-hour shifts or longer, with extensive standing and walking.
