The Network Administrator is responsible for maintaining and administering computer networks and related environments, as well as supporting enterprise CCTV and Access Control systems.
They provide hands-on and remote help-desk support, troubleshoot network, CCTV, and access control issues, and perform upgrades, installations, and system configurations as needed.

The Network Administrator collaborates with IT, Facilities, and Security teams to ensure the reliable operation of network infrastructure and physical security systems, aligning with business objectives.

The technical expertise of the Network Administrator will be key in documenting network and security infrastructure, ensuring compliance with corporate security standards, and managing vendor relationships.

This role involves travel to remote sites to support network, CCTV, and Access Control, installations, maintenance,



and troubleshooting.

This role is based in Milan, Italy.

As this role is assigned to a customer-controlled, security-sensitive environment, the position requires compliance with applicable customer security, confidentiality, site-access and information-security requirements.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
Perform hands-on and remote help-desk duties for clients such as troubleshooting desktops, printers, cables, cameras, access control devices, and any other tasks assigned.
Perform network infrastructure upgrades, installations, and configurations as needed.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IP-based CCTV and Access Control systems, including cameras, NVRs/VMS platforms, door controllers, card readers, and associated network infrastructure
