Role Description This is a tempo parziale, on-site Information Technology Support Specialist role based in Taino. The specialist will provide day-to-day technical support for end users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on desktop computers and related devices.

Responsibilities include managing help desk requests, prioritizing and documenting incidents, and ensuring timely resolution of IT problems. The role involves installing, configuring, and updating systems and applications,



as well as supporting network connectivity and basic infrastructure components in coordination with the wider IT team. The specialist will also contribute to user training, maintain clear documentation, and follow established IT policies and security practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills for resolving user issues and managing service requests.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose hardware, software, and connectivity issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Desktop Computers, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Information Technology concepts, systems, and best practices.
- Relevant experience in on-site IT support in a business environment is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to support diverse users in a clear and professional manner.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Vocational training, certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation), or a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is an advantage.
