Key Responsibilities
Adopt & Develop AI Solutions
Evaluate and implement the most suitable AI platforms and tools to support Conversational Commerce needs, prioritizing cost-effectiveness, scalability, and fast deployment.
AI Agents & Intent Recognition
Build and deploy advanced AI-driven agents to accurately detect user intent, manage conversational flows, and deliver personalized responses across text, audio, and image.
Sentiment Analysis & Dynamic Flows
Combine real-time sentiment analysis with adaptive flows to personalize interactions, increasing customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
Conversational Commerce (cCommerce)
recommendations, and streamlined customer journeys.
Collaboration & Integrations
Work closely with product, design, and development teams to ensure AI systems integrate seamlessly with existing platforms.
Innovation Leadership
Stay ahead of industry trends, drive the AI strategy, and champion a lean, experimentation-driven approach, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
