As the first point of contact for our esteemed spa guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience. **Responsibilities**: - Warmly greet and assist spa guests with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and check-in/check-out procedures.
- Manage the spa's appointment book efficiently, optimizing scheduling and minimizing conflicts.
- Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist spa therapists with administrative tasks, including preparing treatment rooms and managing supplies.
- Handle guest feedback and concerns with grace and efficiency, escalating issues to the Spa Manager when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and spa operations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the spa.
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant,



preferably within a spa or hospitality environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Must be fluent in English and other languages are preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 1 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
