- Milaan, Italië- ING Bank **The Operational Risk Monitoring Manager** is responsible for overseeing the identification, assessment, and ongoing monitoring of operational risks across the organization. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the company’s risk governance structure by ensuring effective implementation of key risk indicators and risk reporting frameworks. The manager will lead a team and collaborate cross-fuctionally with business lines, compliance, audit, and senior leadership. **Key responsibilities**- Lead the design and eecution of operations risk monitoring strategies, frameworks and tools overseeing operational risk event, root cause analysis and loss reporting processess-
- Develop and maintain a robust KRI and metrics program to proactively identify and mitigate risk-
- Oversee all issues already live, work hard to close them before the due date and prevent opening of the new ones-
- Drive regular risk assessment internally and ensure timely remediation of control gaps-
- Produce and present eecutive-level risk reports, dashboards and trend analysis-
- Guide and mentor team members, manage performance and development planning**Educational requirements**- Highschool degree / Bachelor's degree**Professional eperience**- Economic degree (preferred)-
- Eperience in Finance field (preferred)-
- Operational Risk Management-
- Draft risk reports and managing control systems-




- Ability to work with data analytics tool and advanced ecel**Analytical and Soft skills**- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities-
- Ecellent communication skills-
- Ability to guide a team and work in a team-
