Venue Manager, In Venue Hospitality (IVH) Event Production is the HSP owner of the venue. It is a key role with a primary responsibility for the final preparations and world-class operations of his/her venue in conjunction with the venue owner/operator as well as MICO and OLE FAs plus internal and external stakeholders. This role includes implementing processes, managing, and coordinating all necessary resources, making the appropriate decisions, and leading the HSP venue team to ensure at each Olympic session (and paralympic for venues concerned) efficient, safe, and high-quality both working conditions for the suppliers and above all, services for every HSP guests. The Venue Manager works closely with:

IVH Event Production (N+1).
- the cluster referent.
- the other venue managers (to share both the best practices as well as the problems and the solutions provided).
- On Location FAs.
- Venue operator representatives. MICO side: - the Venue Business Operations Manager (VBOM).

- Other **Essential functions & responsibilities**: - Being the eyes and ears on-site as well as the safeguard of the Event Production team and more globally of the company.
- Be the representative of the hospitality unit (led by OLE) in the global MICO venue business operations (VBO) department.
- Update and develop key operational documentation initiated by the cluster managers, existing or upcoming tools, policies & procedures.
- Support (in some cases lead) on-site working visits and other visits/tours leading up to the Olympic games.
- Attend all meetings (virtual/in person) in relation with his/her venue and report on behalf of the Event Production team(s) as it relates to the IVH hospitality program.
- Collaborate with the venue representatives and follow up on venue specific action points.
- Support the development of the HSP venue management training program & content.
- Support the delivery of the venue manager training.
- Attend the venue manager training.
- Make the team aware of the day-to-day progress and challenges and ask the management any input needed regarding every significant need/request to make decisions or get the decision allowing to move forward.
