- Regulation and Contract Assistant Coordinator
- 08/07/2025 **Your role will encompass**: - Support M&A; transactions, including due diligence and execution phases;
- Coordinate with internal teams (development, legal, finance, EPC) and external stakeholders (advisors, consultants) to ensure transaction execution;
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards;
- Manage project documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle;Create and maintain virtual data rooms to securely share information with investors and partners.**What you bring to the role**: - University degree in Engineering, Economics, Law, Environmental Sciences, or a related field;
- Plus experience in the renewable energy sector;
- Interest in renewable energy, project management, regulatory processes,



and corporate operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., document management platforms such as SharePoint or Google Workspace);
