- Contratto:_ Internship Responsible for supporting recruitment and selection activities, onboarding and induction processes, training, and the implementation of initiatives aimed at fostering employee engagement. **Key Responsibilities**: - Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires, including preparation of documentation and welcome kits
- Assist in the planning, design, and delivery of training initiatives
- Support the registration and tracking of training activities within the company’s management system
- Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives focused on people development and employee engagement **Skills required**
- Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Psychology, or related fields
- Good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective workload planning, respect of deadlines, ability to define priorities and manage stress
- Ability to work in autonomy
