- We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Spacialist, based in Milan or in Rome, that will be responsible for the recruitment of our Technicians. **What You’ll Do**
- Provide sourcing, screening and selection recommendation support for the job openings dedicated to Technicians’ workforce.
- Support and involvement in resourcing related projects, working within a team environment in a matrixed organization across various geographies. **What You’ll Need**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment tech roles in a large complex organization in a fast-paced environment required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
