XX Reporting to the COBP Manager Sales & Marketing Zone South, you drive the financial performance of **the Sales & Marketing Team Italy** while being part of the local management team. Your main responsibilities include: - Act as a trusted partner to the local Italian Management Team: interact with decision makers, highlight financial impacts, and provide a solid set of data for decision-making.
- Contribute to the monthly closing and reporting preparations in strong collaboration with Accounting team. On a monthly base and considering business context, analyze performance, highlight variances, comment results with a clear status on key levers. On this base and in collaboration with the Italian management team, run periodic forecasting activities. Co-built and contribute to the implementation of associated action plans when needed. Ensure actions plans proper financial follow-up. Be accountable for forecasting accuracy and execution of forecasting processes.
- Establish financial indicators reflecting the true image of the operational performance.




- Challenge KPIs and their monitoring to increase efficiency through new digital tools.
- Based on KPI analyses, propose relevant and concrete actions to improve operational performance. **Your profile**
- Higher education degree, Business School type, Master equivalent.
- 5-7 years’ experience in Controlling or Audit, preferably in an international environment.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Excel, SAP and BI tools.
- You have solid knowledge in finance, control processes, and compliance. You easily understand accounting/legal rules and readily identify their influence in the field of controlling.
