You will be involved in managing independently the following tasks: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (Agency, Distribution, Supply, Service Agreements; NDAs; LOIs; Sponsorship and Marketing Agreements). Supporting litigation and pre-litigation activities, including drafting notice letters. Assisting the Head of Legal with compliance programs (data protection, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, competition law). Providing daily legal support to internal stakeholders, including legal advice, presentation, legal briefs, and management company policies and procedures.
