**KWS Italia SpA** is looking for a **Station Technician** for our site in **Monselice**. This is a **full-time, permanent position**. **Main tasks and responsibilities**: - Advise farmers or contractors responsible for managing agricultural activities such as soil preparation, fertilization, irrigation, pest control, etc., in the fields under your responsibility.
- General monitoring and supervision of production fields, including all evaluations required by breeders.
- Plan, organize, and oversee activities carried out by employees under your responsibility.
- Handle harvesting and transplanting.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations as requested by Management for activities under your responsibility.
- Support ad hoc activities as and when requested by Management.




- Ensure that all operational activities are carried out and that staff under your responsibility work in compliance with the company’s health and safety standards. **Key skills and required background**: - Residence in Monselice.
- Diploma or technical certificate in agriculture.
- At least 2 years of experience in agriculture, preferably in seed production.
- Knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Valid driving license.
- Valid forklift license (or ability to obtain one).
- Good knowledge of Italian and preferably English.
