We are seeking a talented, dynamic, and entrepreneurial Luxury Hotel Assistant Manager for our Florence location. Join us in creating memorable off-menu experiences for our discerning guests. **What You Will Do** Guest Relations & Communication
- Resolve client issues with discretion and efficiency.
- Recommend and promote curated experiences, supporting upselling and guest satisfaction.
- Bring new local contacts and experience ideas into the company. Revenue & Market Analysis
- Manage pricing updates, virtual pricing strategy, and competitor benchmarking.
- Provide revenue analysis, booking statistics, and operational reports to support strategy.
- Maintain strong communication with partners including OTAs and offline travel agencies. System & Process Management
- Ensure PMS and fiscal cassa connections are updated and functioning at all times.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, invoice verification, and fiscal cassa validation.
- Maintain guest addresses, CRM entries, tasks, calendar updates, and internal reports in PMS.
- Create and implement standard operating proceduress for PMS-based processes.



Property & Technical Operations
- Coordinate compliance checks for fire extinguishers, A/C servicing, and legionella sampling, including records and laboratory coordination.
- Manage technical issues with suppliers/service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Small repairs in the building. **What You Bring**
- Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in hospitality, ideally in boutique or luxury hotels.
- Local Knowledge: Solid understanding of Florence, its neighborhoods, transport, and key attractions to confidently assist guests with recommendations or directions.
- Personality: Reliable, professional, approachable and with a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong communication skills to interact with luxury guests in a natural sense of hospitality.
- Languages: Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is a plus. **What We Offer**
