- **Project Management**: Oversee multiple innovation and product renovation projects, ensuring efficient progression and effective resource management.
- **Research and Development**: Conduct literature evaluations, design and run experiments, analyze data to develop new cosmetic ingredients.




- **Team Leadership**: Guide and mentor laboratory staff, fostering a cooperative and innovative research environment.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with commercial, QA/QC, regulatory, and applied R&D; teams to align projects with market trends and customer needs.
- **Technical Reporting**: Generate comprehensive technical reports, standard operating procedures, and present findings in internal and global research meetings. **Requirements**: - A master's degree in chemical science, C.T.F, Material Science or similar.
- Previous experience (min 5 years) in cosmetics or food ingredients
- Strong knowledge of Cosmetic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Analytical Chemistry.
- Experience in managing R&D; teams
