Job Description
We are currently seeking an Global E-Commerce Operations Specialist as part of our dynamic team in Milan, for a maternity cover contract.
How you will contribute:
Support and optimize all the activities related to e-commerce operations
Coordinate the activities related to product operations: masterdata, pre orders and deliveries
Work with the OMS and Supply Chain teams in order to optimize all stock processes
Monitor stock status of items on bottegaveneta.com
Support flows for the day-to-day operation activities: backorders, faulty items, WH issues etc.
Collaborate cross-team interacting with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Retail, Back Office and Client Service
Be the point of contact for all warehouses globally
Coordinate activities related to packaging,
special projects, personalization
Set-up new operations flows and activities when needed
Elaborate weekly, monthly and seasonal reports
Benchmark, scout and propose any relevant activity that could be beneficial to our E-commerce and Omnichannel environment
