Customer Service Specialist

Location: Fully Remote

Employment Type: Freelance (32-40 hours per week)

Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer support? We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team remotely.

You'll be supporting an established, market-leading educational company in the Netherlands, helping learners achieve their goals. This is not a call center role—there are no cold calls involved. Instead, you’ll be assisting existing customers exclusively, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our students on their journey to success:
- Handle last-minute bookings.
- Provide prompt, clear, and helpful responses to all customer questions.
- Ensure customers have a seamless and positive experience with our services.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluent Dutch speaker (required)
- Work Style: Proven ability to work independently and remotely
- Skills: Strong multitasking skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Flexibility: weekend (12pm to 4pm CEST) and evening (12:30pm to 9pm CEST) to be discussed during interview
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service (1 year preferred but not required).

Job Types: Full-time, Tempo parziale

Pay: €12.00 - €14.00 per hour
