This is a senior, quota-carrying role for a high-performing enterprise seller who thrives in complex, consultative sales environments and can build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across the Italian insurance market.
The impact you'll have
As a Sales Executive Lead, you'll be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, developing executive relationships,

You'll:
Win new logos and expand strategic accounts across the Italian insurance sector.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through contract signature.
Position FIS as a strategic transformation partner rather than a technology vendor.
Help insurers modernise actuarial operations, risk management and customer engagement capabilities.
Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
Drive sustainable revenue growth through strategic account planning and territory expansion.
Influence how insurers approach operational transformation, digital innovation and regulatory readiness.
Your success will be measured through revenue growth, bookings performance, pipeline generation, strategic account development and long-term customer value creation.
