Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this Global Product Line Manager role, you own the strategy and lifecycle of the Engine Chains product range to meet revenue and margin targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across aftermarket Europe and the global product management function to drive new applications, pricing, and product launches. You will support sales with deep product expertise, develop business cases, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with the global plan. This is an opportunity to shape a critical product area and contribute to BorgWarner’s commitment to efficient propulsion solutions.
- Direct and oversee the product offer across lifecycle stages (range, new applications, deletions, packaging, cataloging)
- Support sales with customer visits to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue
- Produce business cases for range extensions and new product launches
- Collaborate with data management, packaging engineering, purchasing, and logistics for New Product Introduction




- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align deliverables with the Business Plan objectives and global strategy
- Review competitive positioning with local Sales & Marketing teams
- Develop pricing strategies with the pricing manager and sales reps
- Collaborate with Aftersales Marketing to position and communicate products at launch and through lifecycle
- Train country organizations and provide product literature and launch materials
- Good knowledge of economics
- Deep knowledge of Emission Products
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Several years’ experience in the aftermarket automotive supplier industry
- Excellent presentation skills with an analytical, assertive mindset
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks with a drive for results
- Flexibility to work in a matrix organization and develop internal networks
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
