Job Title: Junior Technical ICT Solution Sales Engineer (Extra-curricular Intern)

Job Location: Milan (Italy)
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify network trends, customer pain points, and improvement opportunities, contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to design and propose tailored technical solutions based on customer requirements, network conditions, and industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of solution planning, product presentations, and technical demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Contribute to achieving market and sales targets by supporting solution development and deployment processes.
- Provide technical support to senior members of the Solution Sales team, including documentation, research, and analysis for ongoing projects.
- Stay up to date with Huawei’s cutting-edge network products, solutions, and industry advancements through continuous learning and training.

Requirements:




- Fresh Graduate or Current student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, such as Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related discipline. The graduation date should ideally be approximately 6-12 months before or after the internship start date.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-project tasks and stakeholder needs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for technology and a keen interest in network solutions, customer engagement, and innovation.
- Language Requirements: Good command of English and fluent in Italian.
