ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

JOB PURPOSE

Keep accurate financial information on a daily basis, ensuring that financial documents comply with applicable laws and regulations, preparing financial reports, statements, and ensuring that taxes will be paid

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- General Accounting & Reporting: Record Transactions and Perform Intercompany, Accounting managing Interfaces, Analyze & Reconcile Accounts, Close Books & Consolidate Financial Results, Maintain Accounting Master Data
- Fixed Asset Accounting: Record Asset Acquisition / Disposition and Physically Track Assets, Perform Fixed Asset Reporting.
- Corporate Tax: Perform Tax Planning, Perform Tax Accounting & Reporting Activities, Answer and support Tax audit & queries
- Order to Cash:



Maintain Customer Master Data, Approve Customer Invoice before issuance, Manage and Process Disputes / Deductions, Manage Customer Administrative Requests and Inquiries

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

- 5+ years of general accounting experience
- 5+ years of experience working with payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP software suite
- Advanced PC user
- English and Italian languages
