Role Overview
We are seeking a B2B Partnerships Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships with universities, educational institutions, and corporate stakeholders, contributing directly to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and expand B2B partnerships with universities and institutional partners
- Identify and onboard new strategic partners aligned with growth objectives
- Negotiate partnership agreements and maintain long-term relationships
- Coordinate internally with admissions, marketing, and operations teams
- Track partnership performance and prepare reports
- Represent Dimensions France at meetings, events, and networking opportunities
- Maintain structured partner follow-ups and CRM updates
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) — mandatory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Organized with strong follow-up and project management skills
- Experience in partnerships, business development, or education sector is a plus
Eligibility to work: Open only to EU/EEA or Swiss nationals, or candidates currently based in France with a valid work permit
