/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManaging and monitoring qualitative and quantitative KPIs (Recruitment, My Client, LoveMeter, Conversion Rate, Average ticket, Unit Per Ticket...) and Omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click collect, App download).
/li liMonitoring team performances (both personal and store KPIs) and define corrective actions.
/li liManaging the department team and its performances, developing team members skills and talents.
/li liEnsuring quality standards of your own department (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection).
/li liTraining on technical skills.
/li liResolving any disputes.
/li liDeveloping team working spirit and animate every member of the team to make them achieve their goals.
/li liInforming the team through briefing about the current results and the daily/monthly objectives.
/li liGuaranteeing the best Customer Journey ensuring guidelines respect.
/li liMonitoring and sharing daily results with Store Manager and all the team.
/li liEnsuring the respect of all the company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (prices, promotions, communication).
/li liManaging performances of In Store services (internal, external).
/li liOrganizing and planning the Booxi platform.
/li liDaily correspondence with Trade Communication Department to coordinate activities and happenings in store (events, masterclass and Digiclass).
/li liSupporting Managers in daily activities, actively contributing to the development of the store's commercial and HR strategy.
/li liManaging the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.




/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
/li liKnowledge of key commerce KPIs, and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
/li liBusiness and goals orientation.
/li liEnglish professional knowledge.
/li liRelationships management.
/li liAnalysis and reporting skills.
