The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR support and operations, labour law, international mobility immigration, and HR compliance.

/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liServe as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers across Italy, Spain, and Portugal, while maintaining flexibility to support broader EMEA countries.
/li liDeliver a wide range of HR services in a customer?focused, responsive, and professional manner.
/li liManage end?to?end HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, benefits administration, payroll?related processes, and offboarding activities.
/li liMaintain, update, and audit employee data within the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
/li liSupport HR operations by preparing and maintaining required documentation, reports, records, and employee correspondence.
/li liApply in?depth knowledge of Italian employment legislation and statutory requirements, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and HR processes.
/li liEnsure adherence to local legal requirements and relevant international regulations across supported countries.
/li liIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes, recommend enhancements, and support system optimisation initiatives that enable business growth and scalability.
/li liCoordinate and monitor immigration?related processes, ensuring compliance and timely completion of required documentation.
/li liManage benefits enrollment activities and administration.
/li liProvide ad?hoc operational and administrative support to the wider EMEA HR team as required.
/li liContribute to regional and global HR projects, supporting the successful implementation of strategic HR initiatives and process improvements.
/li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liFluent English and Italian (Spanish would be nice to have) /li liExcellent writing skills and verbal communication.
Building trusting relationships with employees, managers and other stakeholders, including, facilitating effective communication across departments and other teams.
/li li5?10 years' experience providing HR support in an international organization /li liStrong analysis/problem solving skills and a proven ability to pay close attention to detail /li liStrong and agile team player /li liSolid experience with HRIS information systems; excellent computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
/li liAdaptability and multitasking.
Thriving in a fast?paced environment with shifting priorities and tasks.
/li liManage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as, onboarding, offboarding, operational tasks and employee engagement.
/li liProject management skills, with the ability to implement initiatives and meet tight deadlines.
