Key Strategic Priorities:
Regional P&L; Ownership:Scaling commercial performance, profitability, and strategic portfolio expansion across key European territories.




High-Stakes Partnerships:Building and securing top-tier B2B relationships with key asset owners, commercial partners, and international real estate stakeholders.
World-Class Operations:Championing multi-site operational standards, high-touch luxury venues, and bespoke guest experience journeys.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven executive track record inMulti-Site Luxury Hospitality,Travel Retail, orPremium Food Concessions.
Demonstrated success managing regional P&Ls;, leading complex negotiations, and accelerating commercial growth across Europe.
A visionary leader who balances high-level strategic foresight with an agile, hands-on operational mindset.
