/p /brh3Job Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliLead the configuration, customization, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Service modules /li /brliPartner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions /li /brliDesign, implement, and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, AWS, and Adobe AEM /li /brliDevelop and maintain custom entities, workflows, plugins, business rules, and Power Platform components to support end-to-end business processes /li /brliContribute across the full application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support /li /brliEnsure solution quality, performance, and reliability through testing, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities /li /brliAct as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365, promoting best practices, governance, and technical guidance across the organization /li /brliCollaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure delivery quality, alignment with standards,



and successful project execution /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications Skills /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field /li /brliAt least 4 years of hands?on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and solution development, with a focus on Sales, Marketing, and Service /li /brliProven experience in digitalizing and optimizing business processes within commercial and customer-facing domains /li /brliExperience with additional CRM or field service platforms such as SAP C4C or Oracle Field Service is a plus /li /brliStrong expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, including entities, forms, views, workflows, plugins, Power Automate, and Power Apps /li /brliKnowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management approaches for Dynamics 365 solutions is a plus /li /brliSolid understanding of system integration patterns and experience connecting Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, AWS, or Adobe Experience Manager /li /brliExperience working in agile, product-oriented environments with cross-functional teams /li /brliStrong analytical mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication skills /li /brliMicrosoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications are considered a plus /li /brliFluent English, both written and spoken /li /brliAvailability to travel up to 25% /li /br /ul /brpThe compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria.
