/p h3Your role /h3 pWe are looking for a proactive and delivery-oriented Scrum Master to join an international Insurance Transformation Program.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring effective Scrum practices.
/li liPromote Agile principles, methodologies, and best practices across teams and stakeholders.
/li liSupport teams in achieving Sprint Goals and improving delivery effectiveness.
/li liIdentify, manage, and remove impediments that may impact team performance and delivery.
/li liSupport Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization activities, and sprint preparation.
/li liFoster collaboration between Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Teams.
/li liMonitor team performance, delivery progress, Agile metrics, and overall sprint execution.
/li liDrive transparency, accountability, and effective communication within Agile teams.
/li liManage risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating issues when required.
/li liSupport release planning, coordination activities, and delivery management.
/li liFacilitate workshops and promote continuous learning, feedback, and innovation.
/li liEncourage teams to continuously improve processes, collaboration models, and delivery practices.

/li /ul h3Ideal Profile /h3 pWe are looking for a Scrum Master who goes beyond facilitating Agile ceremonies and actively contributes to the success of the team and the overall program.
/p pThe ideal candidate is a trusted Agile partner who can drive collaboration, remove obstacles, support delivery execution, and create alignment between Business and IT stakeholders in a complex international insurance transformation environment.
/p h3Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Coach, or similar Agile delivery role.
/li liProven experience working in Agile environments within complex organizations.
/li liExperience supporting cross-functional teams delivering IT transformation initiatives.
/li liStrong knowledge of Agile frameworks, principles, and methodologies.
/li liExperience collaborating with both Business and IT stakeholders.
/li liPrevious experience working in international and multicultural environments.
/li liAbility to operate effectively in complex transformation programs.
/li liStrong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
/li liExperience with Sprint Planning, delivery management, and Agile execution.
/li liExperience supporting backlog refinement and Product Owner activities.
/li liKnowledge of Agile metrics, reporting, and delivery tracking.




/li liExperience in risk, dependency, and impediment management.
/li liStrong facilitation and workshop management skills.
/li liAbility to manage conflicts and facilitate constructive discussions.
/li liStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
/li liExperience with Agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and similar platforms.
/li /ul h3Preferred Experience /h3 ul liPrevious experience in the Insurance industry is highly desirable.
/li liExperience working on Digital Transformation Programs.
/li liExperience managing Agile delivery within distributed and international teams.
/li liExperience supporting Product Owners and Business Analysts.
/li liKnowledge of Document Management or Input Management initiatives is considered a plus.
/li liEnglish Fluent (mandatory).
/li liGerman considered a strong advantage.
/li /ul h3Where /h3 pMilan/Hybrid and available to travel /p h3Contract /h3 pFull Time /p h3Economics /h3 pThe Gross Annual Salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €45,000 and €55,000, depending on the candidate's professional experience, skills, and the level of autonomy required for the role.
/p pThe employment framework will be defined in accordance with the Italian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector.
