With our recent growth and Series B requirements, this is no longer scalable.
/p pWe are looking for our first bFPA Specialist /b to take our financial planning from zero to one.
This is a builder role: you will turn today's scrappy setup into a reliable, proactive strategic-finance engine that actively shapes company decisions.
You will partner with department heads to translate raw data into actionable business insight.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul lipbBuild and Own the Infrastructure: /b Take FPA from a blank canvas to a structured machine.
Own, run, and continuously iterate our management PL, business plan, and rolling forecasts.
/p /li lipbDeep-Dive Data Analysis:



/b Spend ~50% of your time analyzing cross-departmental data (COGS, margins, CAC, LTV, cost-per-lead) to uncover trends, efficiencies, and growth levers.
/p /li lipbStrategic Planning: /b Partner with department heads and BizOps to build budgets and business plans, translating operational metrics into financial reality.
/p /li lipbInvestor Board Relations: /b Support the Head of Finance and Founders in preparing board decks, financial reporting packages, and materials for fundraising/investor updates.
/p /li lipbNavigate the Ambiguity: /b Spot financial gaps and discrepancies proactively.
In our fast-paced environment, you will know exactly where "the fires" are and intentionally decide which ones to fight to move the needle.
/p /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul lipb2–4 years of experience /b in FPA, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, MA, or Venture Capital.
/p /li lipbA Builder's Mindset: /b Experience or a strong desire to build financial systems from scratch in a fast-growing, early-to-mid-stage startup.
You are comfortable with duct-tape solutions today to build robust models for tomorrow.
/p /li lipbHeavyweight Excel Modeling Skills: /b Advanced modeling is your second language.
You can build, stress-test, and debug complex management models with zero supervision.
/p /li lipbSaaS Tech Literacy: /b A strong grasp of core subscription metrics (CAC, LTV, ARR, Churn, Margin structures) and how they connect to the PL.
/p /li lipbRigor and Extreme Ownership: /b Zero-tolerance approach to untracked inaccuracies.
If there's a gap in the reconciliation, you won't rest until you know exactly where it is.
