ppYour Mission /p pIn alignment with Richemont Europe's HSE strategy and objectives, the HSE Specialist will support the line manager and collaborate closely with the external RSPP (Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione) to strategically develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives and projects across all Richemont Maisons within the Market.

/h3 ul liHSE Program Implementation: Implementing and managing comprehensive HSE activities and programs across all operations.
/li liTraining Culture Development: Planning and coordinating engaging HSE training programs to enhance staff awareness and competence, ensuring compliance with legislation and promoting a strong safety culture.
/li liPolicy Standard Adherence: Ensuring rigorous adherence to Richemont Group HSE Management Policies, Standards, and Guidance across all operations.
/li liProject Safety Management: Overseeing the development, communication, and implementation of robust Safety Environmental plans, including emergency preparedness, for all projects across Maisons.
/li liCapability Building: Developing the HSE capabilities of site-based staff and sub-contractors to empower them in maintaining safe working environments.
/li liAudits Inspections: In partnership with the external RSPP, conducting and organizing regular HSE inductions, audits, inspections, and compliance checks for Fire Safety and Health Safety standards across Boutiques and other Richemont locations.
/li liIncident Investigation: Collaborating with the external RSPP to ensure thorough investigation of all occupational injuries, illnesses,



dangerous occurrences, incidents, and at-risk behaviors, identifying root causes and recommending effective preventive and corrective actions.
/li liRisk Assessment Management: Providing expert advice and support for all HSE risk assessment activities, and proactively identifying operational HSE risks and opportunities to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
/li liContractor Supplier Management: Partnering with external contractors and suppliers to ensure their adherence to Health and Safety and Fire Safety standards.
/li liStakeholder Engagement: Cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote HSE awareness, collaboration, and compliance.
/li liPerformance Monitoring Reporting: Contributing to the development and implementation of robust measurement systems to accurately monitor Health and Safety performance, and preparing relevant reports for management.
/li liContinuous Improvement: Analyzing Health and Safety trends and performance data within the Market to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
/li liCommittee Participation: Actively participating in the Local HSE Management Committee, in conjunction with the external RSPP.




/li /ul h3How will you experience success with us?
/h3 ul liExperience: Previous experience as an HSE Specialist, preferably within the retail sector or a similar fast?paced, multi?site environment.
/li liTechnical Knowledge: Solid understanding and practical experience with ISO ***** (Environmental Management Systems) and ISO ***** (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) standards.
/li liEducation: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
/li liCertifications: ASPP (Addetto al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione) certification is highly desirable.
/li liLanguage Skills: ul liNative Italian speaker.
/li liFluent in spoken and written English.
/li liProficiency in French is a significant advantage.
