/p h3Position Responsibilities /h3 pbCredit Underwriting /b: Perform comprehensive credit analysis and decision-making for both Retail and Corporate applicants, ensuring alignment with the company's risk appetite.
/p pbIFRS 9 Stage Management /b: Oversee the Credit Reclassification process, ensuring assets are accurately categorized into Stages according to international accounting standards and Default Definition /p pbRegulatory Reporting /b: Lead the preparation of reports regarding asset quality, stage migration, and "Non-Performing Exposure" (NPE) ratios for regulatory authorities.
/p pbReporting /b: delivering regular reports to the top management on risk exposure and the adequacy of the bad debt reserve /p pbPortfolio Monitoring:



/b Analyze consumer credit trends and performance indicators to identify early warning signs of credit deterioration.
/p pbPolicy Development /b: Contribute to the refinement of credit policies and scoring models to optimize the balance between growth and risk.
/p h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul libProven Experience /b: Minimum 5+ years in Credit Risk with specific expertise in IFRS 9 impairment frameworks.
/li libTechnical Knowledge /b: Deep understanding of Credit Risk triggers and the qualitative/quantitative criteria for credit reclassification.
/li libRegulatory Expertise /b: Familiarity with EBA (European Banking Authority) guidelines on management of non-performing and forborne exposures.
/li libAnalytical Background /b: Ability to interpret PD (Probability of Default), LGD (Loss Given Default), and EAD (Exposure at Default) models across different credit stages.
/li liFull professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
