/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, develop, and execute business and technical software solutions to implement new or enhanced applications (upgrades or conversions).
/li liAnalyze, identify, and resolve business and technical problems using appropriate solutions/tools.
/li liCollaborate with Client?facing colleagues (Business Analysts and Project Managers) to understand the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction.
/li liStay current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies.
/li liLead a small team, provide mentoring and guidance to less senior developers while working with them on solution design.
/li /ul h3Education and Skills /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree (technical fields such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred).
/li liExperience and knowledge of Digital Development Services, Agile Application Development, DevOps, cloud?based applications, and Microservices architecture and patterns.
/li liStrong technical experience writing code in Java EE, Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security, Data, Boot), Single Page Application frameworks, Microservices, Docker, design patterns, architecture design, and SQL/NoSQL databases.




/li liFamiliarity with software development processes such as Agile and Waterfall, and DevOps practices.
/li liAbility to work with web?development tools for new applications.
/li liBasic understanding of modern software design and development methodologies.
/li liStrong analytical, problem?solving, decision?making, and teamwork skills.
